We provide our clients with a flexible fee structure primarily engaging in fee search assignments and on occasion contingency. If your requirements dictate a search, we will structure a program tailored to your specific needs. If you prefer the contingency approach, simply review our referrals without obligation. A fee is incurred only if our candidate is hired.
We guarantee client satisfaction with the candidates that we place. If the match is not right, we refund the fee during a specific period of time.
Fee Based Search
An intensive research-focused service where a base fee to initate the search is due. The final fee is 30% of annual estimated earnings. Expenses are pre-approved and billed separately.
Contingency Search
A cost effective service where the fee, only due upon hire, and a modest charge for services and pre-approved expenses is billed. The fee is 30% of annual estimated earnings.
Flat Rate Fee
A flat fee fixed in advance on the basis of estimated time and difficulty of the search. Expenses are billed separately.
Consulting
For specialized needs, Brunette Associates will consult on an hourly or per day basis. Services include candidate screening, organizational consulting, drafting job descriptions and reference reports. Fees are charged on an hourly basis or per day when Jeanene is retained for a project. Expenses are billed separately.
